DELICIOUS FRIED CHICKEN RECIPE (INDONESIA)


The fried chicken is a popular source of protein is widely used as a food supplement menu. Chickens are common in fast food. In a fast-food restaurant menu, fried chicken consists of a large piece of chicken or a small strip floured or battered and breaded crispy.

Ingredient:
  1. 1 whole chicken, cut into 8-10 sections
  2. 1 tsp grated garlic
  3. 1 tsp grated ginger
  4. 1 tsp salt
  5. 2 chicken egg white, beaten frothy
  6. oil for frying

For flour made seasoning ingredient, stir well by way of ingredient:
  1. 150 g flour
  2. 1 tbsp rice flour
  3. 1 teaspoon pepper
  4. 2 tsp garlic powder
  5. 1/2 tsp ginger powder
  6. 1/2 tsp coriander powder

To further is how to make fried chicken, you can do like this:
  1. Marinate the chicken pieces with garlic, ginger, and salt until blended. Let stand for 1 hour to absorb. Drain until the water runs out
  2. Roll chicken in flour until blended Seasonings
  3. Dip in egg white then roll again in the seasoned flour until blended. Let stand for 30 minutes so that was a bit dry.
