DELICIOUS RECIPES LASAGNA BEEF

Ingredients:
  1. 6 sheets of lasagna, boiled.
  2. 100 mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced.
Meat sauce:
  1. 2 tablespoons butter.
  2. 1 onion, finely chopped.
  3. 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped.
  4. 250 grams of ground beef.
  5. 10 tablespoons of tomato sauce.
  6. 3 tablespoons tomato sauce.
  7. 3 tablespoons chili sauce.
  8. 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning.
  9. Salt, sugar, pepper powder to taste.

Bechamel sauce:
  1. 1 tablespoon butter.
  2. 1 tablespoon flour.
  3. 250 ml milk.
  4. 5 tablespoons heavy cream.
  5. Salt, pepper to taste.

How to make:
  1. Meat sauce: heat butter, saute onions, onions until fragrant
  2. Enter the ground beef, and cook until the meat was overcooked. Enter tomato sauce, chili sauce, salt, sugar and pepper. Cook until done. Lift
  3. Bechamel sauce: heat the butter, put the flour and stir well. Pour the milk, heavy cream. Cook until cooked and thickened, remove from heat.

  5. Oven 180 degrees Celsius, 30 minutes or until done.
