DELICIOUS RECIPES INDONESIAN GADO-GADO


Who does not know a Gado-gado with peanut souce typical. If you feel bored with the cuisine that's it, you can make this Indonesian cuisine for a change.

Ingredients:
  1. 150 g tofu, fried and sliced ​​thin.

Peanut Sauce Ingredients:
  1. 250 g peanuts, roasted and skin removed then puree.
  2. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil.
  3. 5 cloves of garlic that has been crushed.
  4. 3 pieces of red chilli, mashed.
  5. 5 kaffir lime leaves.
  6. 500 ml coconut milk from half coconut grated.
  7. 50 g of brown sugar, finely combed.
  8. 3 tbsp tamarind water.
  9. 1 tsp salt.

How to Make Gado-Gado:
  1. Insert the oil into a frying pan with a lot of volume then heat.
  2. Fried soybean then know until crisp.
  3. Arrange slices, lettuce, egg, cucumber, tomato, tofu and soybean on a serving plate and set aside.
  4. To make the peanut sauce, first heat the oil, saute garlic, red chilli and lime leaves until fragrant.
  5. Enter peanuts that have been smoothed and coconut milk and stir until boiling, add the brown sugar, tamarind water and salt. Cook until fragrant and brown sugar lift.
  6. Pour peanut sauce on vegetables that have been laid out.
